4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Respond to requests for approvals or feedback in a timely manner

  • Maintain legal compliance in their business operations

  • Use provided systems responsibly and lawfully

Delays in communication may affect project timelines.


5. Payments & Billing

  • Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun

  • Monthly system fees are billed in advance

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

  • Pricing may change with prior notice


6. Subscriptions & Cancellation

  • Monthly services operate on a subscription basis

  • Clients may cancel services with written notice according to their agreement

  • Setup fees remain non-refundable

Reselling or redistributing Zenvora’s systems without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zenvora shall not be liable for:
