Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun
Monthly system fees are billed in advance

All systems, workflows, designs, and materials created by Zenvora remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables for their business.
Reselling or redistributing Zenvora’s systems without written permission is prohibited.
Zenvora and the client agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
Zenvora shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruption
Missed leads due to misuse, delays, or third-party failures
Indirect or consequential damages
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent billing period.
